Onkar Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga student, teacher and meditative healer. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since the summer of 2006 and teaching since the summer of 2008. She has lived in Alabama, Colorado, and now resides in Los Angeles, California. Through a flow of grace, this practice has given her the opportunity to share these teachings that have profoundly shaped and changed her life. She finds the most joy in life in teaching and serving others.

Onkar’s classes focus on the deep healing of the self through meditation, breath, yoga, mantra and relaxation. You can find her in-person at Kundalini Yoga by the Sea in Santa Monica or she can be booked remotely on-line from anywhere in the world.

About HEALREVIVE

Heal Revive was created following a soulful week at the first Women’s Retreat I co-hosted. The experience inspired me to create an online platform of support that could be accessed from anywhere in the world. I find that it is often easy to be aligned with goals and your spirituality when you are “in retreat” but the real challenge is to carry this feeling of peace into everyday life. My dream was to create this conduit of peace… to be the bridge that helps people find peace within.

Heal Revive was created out of the desire to share with others a road-map for healing the mind, body and soul. As a long-time practitioner of Kundalini yoga*, meditation and various healing modalities, I have experienced first-hand the benefits of cultivating a daily practice of awareness through breath, meditation yoga and consciously choosing healthy and balanced lifestyle choices.

As a new mom, the need for convenience in my own life evolved how I shared this invaluable information with others. In today’s fast-paced world it became clear to me that what was needed is a one-stop shop for resources and fast effective tools to bring joy, compassion and harmony as we navigate this life.

My life-path is a life of family, community and service.  My prayer is that I can serve you the best way possible.
